I have added a new page of card sites and Auctions, that I have done business with, and would recommend them to you. Here

Can you Identify this card? Click here

Since the card market has become so volatile I'm hanging it up. I have been emailed asking about prices for this and that. I don't mind but the answer is pretty much the same. The "Card Collector" is becoming extinct. The "card investor" is now the name of the game. Card company's are to blame for this. Everything is serial numbered to a very few, with 100 variations of the same card. They are getting a astronautic price for these cards because that's what the investors are putting their money down

Say your a Joey Cora fan and you want to know what his rookie card is worth, don't waste you money on a beckett it isn't in there. Ok go to ebay, see what they're going for there. It isn't there nobody sells common cards no money in it. Besides the sellers want twice what actual postage is to ship it. So say you find a card you want and it's worth say $2. you bid and get it for .25 but the postage is $3 you do the math.

I live in a town of about 67,000 people, five years ago there were 5 card shops here. As of Today there are none.

I'm going to keep this site on line for a while to see if there is anything I can do for the true card collector especially any kids (the heart and soul of who the true collectors were and are). I'm going to work on some checklists and buy some cards I need for the collections I have been working on for years That's fun. Some of my collections are only worth maybe a couple of hundred dollars but that's not why I collect cards

If you have something you want to say or want to let people know about. Email me.
